This week we have been reading different accounts of Jesus' birth, from our various children's bibles. We also read "The Legend of the Candy Cane".
In Art this week we made coffee filter wreaths painted candy canes, and sorry we can't tell you the rest, you'll have to wait for Christmas.
Our Kirkwood students prepared and implemented their second lessons, and they will be finishing up their practicum next week.
In our small group this week, we mixed, and baked birthday cakes for baby Jesus. Then we got to frost them, add sprinkles, a candle, and sing "Happy Birthday", and enjoy!
