This week in preschool...September 26-30, 2016

Your steadfast love, O Lord, extends to the heavens.  Psalm 36:5

This week in Jesus Time, we learned about Noah, and how he was diligent.  Diligent is God's power for you to focus on your work.  God helps us work hard and keep working until we finish what we started.  Noah obeyed God and built an ark for the animals and his family to be safe inside, as God planned to send a flood.  God kept Noah and his family safe, and God keeps us safe.

We were diligent and made our own building projects, we're not done yet...

Some questions to talk about with your child...

  • Who is Noah?
  • What did God tell Noah to do, that took a long time and a lot of hard work?
  • What does the rainbow tell us about God?
Chapel this week was led by Pastor Brian King from Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens, and Mrs. Shirley talked to us about how we can help our friends at CCLS-U, we can bring stickers, bubbles, nail polish, band aids, and medicines to send along with our team...

Our letter this week is R, and we put rainbow rice on our alphabet page.

Does your name have an R or r?
