This week we read
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and made our own trees, with the alphabet going up the tree. We cut our own tree trunks and tree tops, then added the letters.
With all the April showers we finally have worms for our worm habitat. We put layers of dirt, leaves, and added some water, then added our worms on top.
We watered them and Mrs. Lorenz found some more worms after the rain, and we added more worms.
After making our worm habitat we now have bird seed in our sensory table.
Thank you to Abigail's grandma and grandpa for the books for our listening center. We LOVE books.
With all of the April showers, we found ourselves in the gym this week. We played Clean Your Room, which helps us with our catching and throwing skills.
We read
It Looked Like Spilt Milk, then painted our own pictures, and made a book.
We made rhyming picture patterns.
The kids at the light table were making 2 and 3 story creations.
Magic House next week on Tuesday and Wednesday.
