During the month of December we have been focusing on Advent, and the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We read The Pine Tree Parable and The Legend of the Candy Cane.
Our chapels were led by Mrs. Cherie Dittmer, one of our retired Kindergarten teachers from CCLS, who is the author of Angel, Angel What Do You See?. Rev. Dr. Hoehner, our executive director, and Mrs. Jessica Crawford, director of special need ministry at Concordia Lutheran Church.
We have been focusing on the Letter H, I, and J. H...Hearts, I....Ice Cream, J...Jewels. We have graphed to see who has each letter....
