This week in Jesus Time we learned about Abraham, who was a follower of God, Sarah's husband, and father of Isaac. Abraham was sad that he and Sarah had to move away, and they did not have any children. God was with them when they moved, and God made a promise that Abraham would have as many descendants as star in the sky. God always keeps His promises. We learned about integrity and doing the right thing, even when people aren't looking. Sometimes we just need a hug to help us feel better when we are scared, so we all gave Zippy a hug. We drew in shaving cream how Abraham felt when he had to move and when God gave him a blessing.
This week we worked on Letter H...we put on hearts, and checked to see who had a capital H or lowercase h in their name...
