This week we have learned about the angel Gabriel telling Mary that she will have a baby and his name will be Jesus. We also learned about John the Baptist, and how his parents Zechariah and Elizabeth waited for a long time to have a baby. Zechariah did not believe the angel, so he was not able to talk until John was born. John the Baptist was Jesus' cousin.
